Complaints
Concerns about our service
(a) Our aim is to provide a service of the very highest standard. If for any reason you feel that we fall short of that standard then we want to hear from you. In the first instance, please raise any concerns you have directly with the lead director or with another member of the Firm so that we can seek to address any issues with you. If you wish you may discuss matters with the Firm’s Practice Manager who will review your complaint objectively. Please email tricia@rosscot.com.
(b) If you still remain dissatisfied and you feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may make a complaint to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”), e-mail: complaints@icaew.com. In the case of services being provided by Rosscot Secretaries Limited you may make a complaint to the Jersey Financial Services Commission Email: info@jerseyfsc.org
