Candidate Requirements

  • Knowledge of Jersey taxation and advantage
  • Knowledge of local tax laws would be helpful but training will be provided  

Main Tasks Of The Role

Your duties may include but not be limited to the following:

  • Assist in the collation and preparation of personal taxation returns.
  • Assist in the collation and preparation of company taxation returns.
  • Assist in the review and processing of assessments received from the Taxes Office.
  • Prepare outgoing mail for review by other tax team members.
  • Data entry of Tax clients’ information onto the firm’s database.
  • Assist Senior Tax administrators with administration for ad-hoc taxation projects.
  • Maintain records of tax documentation received.

Business Management

  • Identify improvements to internal processes and provide recommendations to the Directors
  • Implementation of recommended internal changes with a positive attitude.
  • Implement and support change approved by the Directors.
  • Ensure the corporate brand is upheld at all times and represent the Company professionally at client meetings and events. 

Project Management

  • Participate in and oversee projects as required ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Report to the Directors on request in respect of current projects

Business Development

  • Assist with the administration in the preparation of proposals for new clients.
  • Participate in the Client Take on process.

Client Service Delivery

  • Ensure the consistent delivery of services.
